No-bake chocolate tart with nuts

Ingredients (22 cm tin – 8 servings)

Base:
1 cup nuts (up to your preference)
3 tablespoons maple syrop or date syrop
30 dates
2 tablespoons coconut oil
Cream filling:
3 avocados
1 pinch Himalayan or sea salt
4 tablespoons maple syrop
1/3 cup coconut oil, melted
3 tablespoons raw cacao powder
2 teaspoons orange extract

Sprinkle:
1 cup nuts (up to your preference)

Instructions:

Grind nuts in a food processor. Add the remaining base ingredients and process until well combined.

Line the mould with a piece of clingfilm.

Transfer the base to the mould and press the mixture well against the bottom and the sides of the mould. Refrigerate for a while.

Process all the filling ingredients in a food processor until well combined and uniform.

Spread the filling on the base and transfer the cake to a freezer for 10-15 minutes.

Chop the nuts with a knife or grind them in a food processor until they are the desired size. Sprinkle the nuts over the cake and then decorate with the chocolate sauce.
